On Friday the 6th of October, Jeremy Vine hosted a debate on the topic of having a parent in prison on his show on BBC Radio 2. Two parents/carers supported by Children Heard and Seen, Jane and Lucy, called into the show telling their personal stories of parental imprisonment and the impact that Children Heard and Seen have had on their lives.
Due to the volume of calls and messages, we received an email from the Jeremy Vine show:
‘It came through incredibly loud and clearly from listeners how valuable your charity is. And I hope you heard the praise for you on air from callers too! You’re clearly doing something amazing.’
