Hours: 24 hours a week Salary: £21,715.20 pro rata Probation:  A probationary period of 6 months will apply. Fixed Contract:  Fixed Term 1 year, subject to funding Location: Reading Holidays: 25 working days per year pro rata, plus 8 Public Holidays Pension:4% employers contribution stakeholder pension.  Individual staff can choose their level of  contribution. Start Date:  ASAP Interviews:  11th October 2017   All staff are subject to a criminal records check from Disclosure Scotland. Previous criminal record does not automatically prevent someone from qualifying for this post. Each case will be assessed on its own merits.       1 To identify and scope the needs of children of prisoners who live in the Reading area. Participate in relevant meetings with Police and other partners to implement robust pathways into support.   2   Deliver group sessions for children and young people who have a parent in prison.     3   Provide one-to-one support to families affected by imprisonment.
